Narcos

Resurrection: Ertugrul

Ertugrul is now known as ‘Turkish Game of Thrones.’ The massive popularity and great ratings have ensured that epic is redefined by this great series. Based on the magnificent history of the Muslim Oghuz Turks. Set in the 13th century, the show revolves around the life of a popular Turkish warrior, Ertugrul, father of Osman I, who established the Ottoman Empire.

Ertugrul is depicted as a chivalrous and ambitious warrior who is keen on bringing peace to a war-trapped country. Byzantines and Crusaders have besieged his homeland. The Mongol Empire that’s led by Khans is also invading the borders. He experiences a conflict between his military ambitions and his love life. It has a total of 5 seasons and 150 episodes. The show is totally binge-worthy and will enlighten you a lot about Ottoman history.
